Our expert guest, Paula MacDermott, is a highly experienced specialist Coeliac Disease Dietitian. She has 14 years’ experience working alongside clients with gastrointestinal conditions at main hospitals in Brisbane, including expertise in the diet management of Coeliac Disease, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and other gastrointestinal tract concerns. Paula has worked in close partnership with gastroenterologists and colorectal surgeons to help navigate clients’ dietary needs.
